Dispute resolution clause
Entities (and persons) who conclude commercial agreements with fellow Christians, should incorporate our dispute resolution clause in the agreement instead of the usual (secular) arbitration clause that is often used. This clause is enforceable and will guide the parties in a dispute toward Peacemakers SA to ensure the dispute is resolved in a Biblically faithful manner. You can download the clause in Word-format by following the link below. Although the clause is in Word-format, we would encourage you not to amend it. Ask your attorney to use this clause when drafting your agreement.
